User Data Deletion Instructions

According to Facebook Meta App policy and global privacy standards, users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data collected through Facebook Login or Google Sign-In on Digital Skill Africa Unlimited.
Option A: Remove App Access via Facebook
- Log in to your Facebook Account.
- Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- Navigate to Apps and Websites in the left sidebar.
- Search for Digital Skill Africa.
- Click Remove to revoke all access and permissions.
Option B: Request Complete Account & Data Purge
If you wish to permanently purge all stored data (profile info, course history, certificates, and auth records) from Digital Skill Africa servers, please send an email request to our support desk:
Data Processing Timeframe
Once your request is received, our system administrator will process and permanently remove your records within 48 hours. You will receive an email confirmation once the data deletion is finalized.
